Sahara Baby Back Ribs.

Sahara Baby Back Ribs.

Want to indulge in the ultimate grilling experience? Look no further, because I’ve got the perfect recipe to satisfy your craving for mouth watering baby back ribs cooked to perfection on your Sahara gas grill.

Picture this: tender racks of ribs, coated in a smoky-sweet dry rub that’s bursting with flavour. And the best part? It’s easier than you think! No fancy techniques or complicated steps here – just good old fashioned grilling at it’s finest.

So fire up that grill, my friends, and get ready to impress with the juiciest, most flavourful baby back ribs you’ve ever tasted. With this recipe you’ll be the hero of every backyard barbecue.

What you need:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • BBQ sauce of your choice (optional)

What to do:

  1. Preheat your Sahara gas grill to 275°F (135°C). If your grill has multiple burners, light only one side to create an indirect heat zone.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to create your dry rub.
  3. Remove the membrane from the back of the racks of ribs for maximum flavor penetration.
  4. Rub the dry rub generously over both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the seasoned ribs on the indirect heat side of the grill, bone side down. Close the lid and let them cook low and slow for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bones.
  6. Optional: During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce for an extra layer of flavor.
  7. Once the ribs are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  8. Serve up these succulent Sahara gas grill baby back ribs with your favorite sides and watch as your guests devour every last bite.
