Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl.
Divide into 16 small (golf ball-sized) portions or 6 larger (tennis ball-sized to make big burgers) portions (tip: keep a bowl of cold water for dipping your hands in as it stops the mixture from sticking).
Cook on a medium heat BBQ for approx. 6 minutes until cooked through (for smaller burger sizes) or 10-12 minutes for larger burgers.
Serve on toasted brioche bun with tomato relish and scrambled eggs.
