Ingredients
- 11.2 oz bottle Guinness Draught
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Method
- Pour all of the ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Once ready, serve right away or else you can store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for use in other BBQs.
