• 1 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoon olive oil or grape seed oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • About 10-14 bamboo skewers


Soak and fully immerse the bamboo skewers in water for about 20 minutes.

Wash & Dry the cherry tomatoes.

Turn on the Sahara BBQ to Medium Heat.

In a bowl, combine oil, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.

Add the cherry tomatoes to marinade bowl and toss to combine and coat them.

Skewer about 4-5 tomatoes on each bamboo skewer and add salt and pepper.

Grill the tomato skewers on each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until they are cooked. Cooking time will vary depending on the heat of your grill and size of your cherry tomatoes.
