Ingredients
- 1 pound cherry tomatoes
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil or grape seed oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- About 10-14 bamboo skewers
Method
Soak and fully immerse the bamboo skewers in water for about 20 minutes.
Wash & Dry the cherry tomatoes.
Turn on the Sahara gas BBQ burner to Medium Heat.
In a bowl, combine oil, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
Add the cherry tomatoes to marinade bowl and toss to combine and coat them.
Skewer about 4-5 tomatoes on each bamboo skewer and add salt and pepper.
Grill the tomato skewers on each side for about 3-4 minutes, or until they are cooked. Cooking time will vary depending on the heat of your gas bbq grill and size of your cherry tomatoes.
