In a large bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, lime juice, honey and hot sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Set aside 1/2 cup for basting.
Add the chicken to a bowl and toss until coated.
Heat your Sahara BBQ to medium/high .
Place the coated chicken onto the BBQ.
With the leftover sauce, baste the chicken while in the grill.
Make sure the Chicken is cooked through before you serve (normally around 8 min for chicken breasts and 10-12 minutes for drumsticks).
