We’ve never used a proper rotisserie before, but are blown away by this piece kit. We’ve roasted whole chickens and large joints of meat and the results have been incredible. Easy to put together and even easier to use. Just set the Sahara bbq gas to medium, close the lid and away you go. It’s even good to rest your joint, just turn off the gas and leave the rotisserie rotating for twenty minutes or so. So far, perfect results every time. We couldn’t recommend this highly enough.
