• 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and de-veined

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 3 large cloves garlic chopped finely

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp dried parsley or some fresh parsley if you have it

  • 1/4 tsp chili or red pepper flakes

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your Sahara BBQ to high.
  2. Peel and de-vein your raw shrimp if they aren’t already. Place the shrimp in the middle of a sheet of foil. Add the butter, garlic, parsley lemon juice, sea salt and red pepper flakes.
  3. Fold the foil into a packet and place on the preheated grill. Close the hood, turn heat to medium and grill 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  4. When cool enough to handle, open the foil packet and give everything a big stir.
