Ingredients

  • 4 whole corn on the cobs, leaves removed
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2/3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Freshly chopped coriander for garnish
  • 1 red chili, finely sliced, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

The chili lime sauce!

In a medium bowl, mix together chili sauce, butter, Sriracha, garlic red pepper flakes and lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Clean the BBQ with the Sahara grill brush.

Heat your grill to medium high. 

Grill the corn, turning every 2 minutes while basting with a bit of chili lime sauce from time to time, until tender and charred for 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove from the grill and season grilled corn with more of the chili lime sauce. Garnish with coriander, chili slices and serve immediately, enjoy!
