Do you take payment for an order?

Our checkout process finishes with a field in which you must enter your payment card details. Once you have done so and clicked the “place order” button, payment will be immediate. You will receive an instant notification to your email inbox.

From where do you dispatch my order?

We will dispatch your order from our warehouse in Kilcoole, Ireland.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order by notifying our team in writing. Please find all details on our Contact Us page.

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards and we use the secure STRIPE payment system.

How secure is my data once I place an order?

We employ security technology and procedures that protect all data entered into our site, including your payment and personal details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Returns

When do I receive a refund?

We immediately process any refund when it is due. The customer’s debit or credit card provider may then take two to three days to process.

I have received the wrong product. What should I do now?

Please visit our Contact Us page and reach out to our team. Please have your order reference number on hand so we can gather information quickly. We will then arrange to immediately dispatch the correct item.

My order has arrived but it is damaged. What should I do now?

Please reach out to our team and provide information about the damage. Ideally, please take photos and submit them with your email. You can find all our details on the Contact Us page.

I have changed my mind and I no longer want this product. Am I able to return the order?

As per our Refunds Policy, you can return your item to us free of charge within 14 days of purchase.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Ireland and the UK through our website and provide free shipping for orders over £50/€50. We also deliver replacement parts to our customers in the USA.

Do you offer a next-day delivery service?

Next-day delivery can be provided to certain parts of Ireland and the UK. However, a cost will be involved. Please contact our team by phone before 10 am so we can provide options depending on your location.

How long does a delivery typically take?

If you opt for our standard delivery service (or the free shipping for orders over £50/€50), delivery typically takes 5-10 business days

I have purchased several products. Will they all arrive in one delivery?

Yes, all the items you order will be dispatched from the same Sahara BBQs warehouse.

Do you deliver over the weekend?

No – our deliveries are Mondays to Fridays. Of course, you may purchase from our site over the weekend and shipping will occur early in the following week.

I think my order will arrive when I am not at home. What should I do?

No problem – you have a couple of options. Either contact the courier directly (details will be provided in the shipping email notification) and arrange for an alternative delivery date or address. Alternatively, leave a note for the courier at your door instructing them to place the item in a safe location on the property, or to leave with a neighbour.

Is my order tracked?

You certainly can for smaller items. We provide a link in our delivery notification email. Just click on this and you should be able to see your order’s most recent status. For bigger items such as gas BBQs and heaters, a member of our team will contact you ahead of delivery.

Can you safely deliver my order without a signature?

Yes – if you require delivery without a signature we can accommodate.
