What To Do
Cut the meat into strips and mix all the spices together for the rub. Marinate the meat in the rub and set aside for 30 minutes.
Slice the vegetables into strips and chop your herbs.
Preheat your BBQ on high for at least 10 minutes. When the grill is hot, place the Griddle in the centre of your grill. When the Griddle pan is hot, add in the oil.
Brown the meat evenly, then remove from the Griddle. Sauté the vegetables, then add the meat and the fresh herbs.
Season with soy sauce to taste.
