- Mix the burger ingredients together in a bowl and divide into 6 tennis ball or 16 golf ball sized balls depending on your requirements.
- Mix 4 tbsp of mayo with 4 tsp of sriracha sauce (to your desired taste). Add 1 large tbsp of Dijon mustard.
- Mix the shredded red & white cabbage with some chopped fresh coriander and a finely sliced bunch of spring onions. Add some sriracha mayo.
Move between the high heat and low heat on the BBQ until cooked to medium or your preferred temperature.
6 brioche burger buns or 16 small slider style burger buns.
