If you’re the same as me, you’ll go crazy over this chilli lime corn on the cob with the homemade chili lime butter.

I highly recommend buying fresh corn on the cob, because the flavor and texture will be a lot better than frozen corn for this recipe. While I do suggest fresh, frozen will work too if that’s all you have to work with.

Don’t forget plenty of fresh lime slices to add additional flavor when you are serving! Delish…
