Having a BBQ tonight but not sure what to do for dessert? Try these Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar!! With just a handful of ingredients and hardly any prep time, you can have this easy dish ready in minutes.
This dessert just screams SUMMER TIME.
Grilled fruit may sound completely out there… but, most fruits like Watermelon, pineapple or banana work well when grilled. It’s because of the high sugar content in fruit, they tend to caramelize well when cooked on the grill, experiment with a few to see what your favourite is. I’ve tried loads at this point, but peaches are still my all-time favourite!
When the peaches are done, simply take them off the grill and then add them to a bowl with a scoop of your favourite vanilla ice cream… and, definitely, definitely do not forget an extra little topping like honey or caramel sauce! – A real treat!

Choosing the Peaches.
When you are choosing Peaches for this dessert, I recommend looking for large and firm peaches. If they’re too soft, they’ll be difficult to handle and will lose their texture when cooked.
Look for peaches that smell fragrant with just a bit of give when you squeeze them gently.
