Remember, that when using sugar in a Glaze it will burn at 170 Degrees so be mindful of this when you start to glaze your ham on the BBQ. Luckily most of our Sahara BBQ’s have a large viewing window so you can keep an eye on it without having to open the lid on a regular basis to check on it which drops the temperature!
